All products sold by Noble Infiniti Co. are custom-made to order.

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

All sales are final
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items
Customers are responsible for ensuring all customization details (spelling, sizes, colors, and design choices) are correct before placing an order

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing times vary as all items are custom-made. Estimated processing times will be listed on the website.

We are not responsible for:

Shipping carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

SECTION 6 – DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
