Refund & Return Policy

At Noble Infiniti, all items are custom-made to order, created specifically for each customer.


🛍️ All Sales Are Final

Because all products are personalized:

  • All sales are final
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom items

✏️ Order Accuracy

Please make sure all details are correct before placing your order, including:

  • Spelling
  • Names
  • Dates
  • Sizes
  • Colors

Noble Infiniti is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.


🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (our mistake)

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will:
✔ Replace your item OR
✔ Issue a refund (if replacement is not possible)


⏳ Processing Time

All custom orders require time to create. Please allow:

  • 3–7 business days for processing before shipping

🚚 Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered

💸 Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved due to an error on our end:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
